He either saw Sheik naked (and found out he was with Zelda THE WHOLE TIME!?), or Midna getting sexy, and messing with Link's head, or maybe he was slapped by Ganondorf. Who knows? Maybe all of them as memories at that moment Ganondorf was talking to Link, and he slapped him to get his attention.
